What Bejoseholo does beyond Ideas into Action
Bejoseholo has a passion for social mission start ups and was himself the founder of Instant Pickup, a green removals and van rental company. Bejoseholo has a background in mechanical engineering, and information technology and is passionate about designing and delivering learning experiences. Bejoseholo delivered TERNs 2023 UpCollective workshops and is a natural facilitator. His business skills encompass Agile methodologies, data analysis, project management, and effective communication.

Robert Martin is our Project Manager, liaising with all partners to ensure the smooth communication and delivery of Ideas Into Action.
He has been working with Result CIC as their Marketing Manager since the start of the organisation. RCIC is one of several clients Robert works with, mainly in the arts, culture and health sectors, and he has a particular interest in social justice.
He is also a children's book author.
