Hello, dear TERN Community Member. This special table is like a magic helper for you and your business. It's filled with easy-to-use sentences that can help you write about your business - with the help of free AI tools.

Whether you want to tell the world about a new thing you're selling, invite people to a fun event, or even write a super nice email to someone you want to partner with, this table has got you covered!

Here's how to use it:

1 Find an AI prompt that fits your need: Each row in the table opposite is for a different thing you might want to write about regarding your business. The second column tells you what each row is for, like making a new product sound exciting or telling people about a cool event. In the third column ‘AI Prompts’, you'll see sentences with parts in [brackets].

2 Copy and paste an AI prompt text into your favourite AI tools like BING AI, Google Bard, Claude, or Chat GPT

3 Fill in the Blanks: In the AI tool, customise the prompt you copied and pasted by filling in custom text in the [text brackets] in the text you copied. You just need to replace what's in the [brackets] with information about your business. For example, if it says [Your Business], you write the name of your business there.

4 Generate: Then press go/enter in the AI tool and the AI will make you a draft text that you can copy into MS Word or Google Docs and improve and finalise there.

5 Use the final text: You can put this text on your website, in emails, or even on social media to tell everyone about the awesome things you're doing in your business. Make sure to review the final text for accuracy before doing so.
