• BPP Enterprise Clinic (London). Runs during Uni term time (Fall-Spring) and have ~4 slots open per month. Areas of law covered are: Civil Litigation, Contract, Corporate Structure, Data protection, Intellectual property, and IT and internet, and they can help with written advice, form filling, and initial advice. • Queen Mary's Legal Centre (London): Free legal advice clinic for businesses. Contact: [email protected]. They are not able to review or draft any client contracts but what they can do is advise the client on how to stipulate in the contract ways they can protect themselves only.

• Lawyers for Your Business service that provides you with a list of solicitors in your area who can talk you through the legal issues you face and what you need to do next in a free 30-minute consultation. You can contact them two ways:

• Start-Ed Commercial Law Clinic (London): Free clinic that covers topics of: Business structure and incorporation; Contractual agreements - key issues in contracts; Intellectual property issues - copyright/trademarks/patents; Preparation for an investment; Recruiting students across a range of subject areas including IT, Business, Law, and Journalism/Social media. Their clinic sessions operate every Tuesday evening (6:30-8:30pm) during term time (early October to mid-December and late January to early April).
