Drive long-term positive change for refugee entrepreneurs across the UK and help shape how refugee voices influence programmes, partnerships and the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead TERN’s strategy for community participation and engagement, including setting up & chairing our Community Council
• Build and nurture strong relationships with refugee entrepreneurs across our network
• Ensure refugee voices influence programme design and organisational strategy
• Represent TERN within the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Support the development of community-led initiatives and leadership opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to embed participation across programmes and partnerships
