Our Mission

At TERN, we work to unlock the entrepreneurial potential of refugees across the UK.

We believe people who have experienced displacement bring extraordinary resilience, creativity and ambition. Through our programmes, partnerships and community networks, we support refugee entrepreneurs to start and grow businesses that create opportunities for themselves and their communities.

By supporting refugee founders, we aim to contribute to a more inclusive economy and a society where talent and potential can flourish regardless of background.
