<aside> 👋
This programme was previously called Ideas into Action and was run in partnership with Result CIC. Regrettably, due to funding restrictions, TERN is running this programme alone and it is called the TERN Changemakers Incubation Programme.
This year we will not have a specialist Professional Coaching element to the programme and will only have 1 in-person training. We hope to run it as Ideas into Action again in the future along with our friends and colleagues at Result CIC.
Please note, in this guide you will see some testimonials, statistics and quotes which are in reference to the previous participants of the Ideas into Action programme.

The program set the stage for realistic engagement with the real-world market. It helped me refine my business plan and forecasting, marketing and ready to say hey, this is my business and that's what I am ready to offer 2024 Graduate
The team are so generous, adaptable and steadfast - they don't give up on their entrepreneurs and are really effective in the way they help you find your vision and create it in reality. 2022 Graduate
I finished not just with a plan on paper, but with actions in motion: I secured funding, built my MVP, connected with a forward-driving network, and continued receiving support that kept me confident while implementing. I completed all the work, setting up financial systems, policies, and strategies, alongside peers, mentors, and trainers, so there was no homework left, just maintaining my commitment to making my venture progress. 2025 Graduate
